Please read these terms carefully before using Fasita. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fasita platform (website, mobile app, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Fasita provides an online platform for ordering groceries, food, drinks, and daily essentials for delivery within Rwanda. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on Fasita. By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices displayed are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery. An order is confirmed only after successful payment or acceptance by our team.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. Fasita is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order before it has been confirmed or dispatched by contacting us on 0796 356 558. Once an order is being prepared or is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds for valid cancellations or incorrect/damaged items will be processed within 24 hours via the original payment method.
7. Product Quality
We make every effort to ensure products are fresh and accurately described. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality, contact us immediately with your order reference and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform, submit false orders, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fasita platform — including logos, images, text, and software — is the property of Fasita and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fasita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
